The Competition Council of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Competition Council of the State of Libya proceeded to the signing of a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday, March 07, 2023, in Rabat. This memorandum signed by Mr. Ahmed Rahhou and Mr. Salama Ibrahim Ghwiel, presidents of the two institutions, further strengthens the partnership relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the State of Libya.
