The Competition Council and the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) jointly organized a training workshop for magistrates in December 2022, as part of the joint cooperation program aiming to materialize the complementarity between the two institutions in the field of exchanging expertise.

During this third training for specialized judges, they had the opportunity to exchange with their European counterparts as well as with experts from the World Bank Group and UNCTAD. The objective was to examine certain issues related to procedural aspects, appeals, judicial control, investigative powers, and defense system in matters of non-competitive practices and economic concentrations.
