Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Held on Thursday, June 19, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine two cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on June 16, 2025.

The Permanent Commission made the decision to authorize the following concentration operations:

• Acquisition of joint control of the company “Corporate Investment Holding” by the companies “Tettucio Pharma Holdings SAS” and “Companie Financière Holding Atlas SA”.
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH” of the company “Hagedorn NC GmbH”.
