Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Wednesday, April 09, 2025 –

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, April 09, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• Establishment of the joint venture “JV KSA” by the companies “TK Elevator Ibérica Holding SLU” and “Alat Technologies Company”; and
• Acquisition by the company “Comaner SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Biomag SARL”.
