Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Les Deux Tours SARLAU” of the company “Equilibrium SA” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Les Deux Tours SARLAU” of the company “Equilibrium SA” through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights related thereto.

“Les Deux Tours SARLAU” is a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, with its registered office at Douar Abiad Jnanante, Sidi Youssef Ben Ali, Marrakech, Morocco, registered with the Marrakech Trade Register under number 9971. It specializes in the tourist accommodation sector.

“Equilibrium SA” is a Moroccan joint stock company, with its registered office at Derb My Abdellah Ben Hsain Laksours N°2, Marrakech, Morocco, registered with the Marrakech Trade Register under number 16749. It specializes in the tourist accommodation sector.
