NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “Soludia Maghreb SA” of assets related to the manufacturing activity of hemodialysis concentrates of the company “Fresenius Medical Care Pharma Africa SA”.

“Soludia Maghreb SA” is a Moroccan joint stock company, registered in the commercial register of Temara under number 144277 and with its registered office at Industrial Zone No. 19 Sidi Yahya Zaers Tamesna, Temara, Kingdom of Morocco. It specializes in the manufacture of concentrates for hemodialysis and more generally, the manufacture, import, export, wholesale distribution, and sale of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and dietary supplements.

“Fresenius Medical Care Pharma Africa SA” is a Moroccan joint stock company, registered in the commercial register of Casablanca under number 833995 and with its registered office at Technopole Zone of Mohammed V Airport, Casablanca, Morocco. Its activities include the manufacture, promotion, distribution, and commercialization of dialysis products.
