Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan ABOUABDELMAJID, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• The indirect exclusive control of the company “TI Fluid Systems plc.” by the company “ABC Technologies Inc.”, through the acquisition of all ordinary shares issued and to be issued by the company “TI Fluid Systems plc.”;
• The joint control of the company “ARADE ECO AGRI” and its subsidiaries by the companies “SANAM AGRO” and “LES VERGERS DE MALEYKA” and “ZKL INVESTMENT” alongside the historical shareholder “ARADE AGRI PARTNERS”.
