Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 8:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz TALBI, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section decided to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition of joint control of the company « Kazareen Textile Group LTD » by Amethis Fund III SCA, SICAV-RAIF;
• Establishment of a joint venture named « Terafront Farmatech SL » by the companies « Laboratorios Farmaceuticos Rovi SA », « Innvierte Economia Sostenible SICC, SME, SA » and the company « Insud Pharma SL »;
• Acquisition by the company « Tractafric Véhicules Industriels SARLAU » of the business assets held by the company « CFAO Motors Maroc SA »;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « Mérieux NutriSciences Corporation » of the company « Labomag SARL ».
