The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the establishment of the joint venture ‘Terafront Farmatech SL’ jointly by the companies ‘Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Rovi SA’, ‘Innvierte Economía Sostenible SICC, SME, SA’ and ‘Insud Pharma SL’.
‘Laboratorios Farmaceuticos Rovi SA’, parent company of the Rovi group, is a Spanish public limited company, headquartered in Madrid and listed on the stock exchange. It specializes in research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of small molecules and biological specialties.
‘Innvierte Economía Sostenible SICC, SME, SA’ is a Spanish public limited company, headquartered in Madrid. It specializes in venture capital investments in the technology sector.
‘Insud Pharma SL’, Spanish parent company of the pharmaceutical group ‘Insud Pharma’, is a Spanish limited liability company, headquartered in Madrid. It is active in research, development, and innovation in the pharmaceutical sector.
‘Terafront Farmatech SL’ is a Spanish limited liability joint venture dedicated to the development of advanced, innovative, or emerging drugs, therapies, or technologies in the healthcare field.
