A notification was submitted to the Competition Council regarding a concentration operation by which the company « Digital Centers for Data and Communications Company » intends to acquire exclusive control of « CMC Investments I Limited » and « CMC SA Investments Proprietary Limited » through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and associated voting rights.

« Digital Centers for Data and Communications Company » owns data centers and provides network services in Saudi Arabia. Its activities mainly consist of operating data centers in Saudi Arabia, providing carrier services, Internet exchange services, and enterprise services.

« CMC Investments I Limited » and « CMC SA Investments Proprietary Limited » are pan-African wholesale connectivity service providers, offering data connectivity services and managed connectivity solutions to businesses.
