In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelghani ASNINA, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.
The Section then made decisions to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

- Economic concentration project for the joint control acquisition of the company « BUILDING LOGISTICS SERVICES S.A» by the company « STOA S.A » through the acquisition of 20.1% of the share capital and related voting rights;
- Economic concentration project concerning the exclusive control acquisition of the company « TECNATOM S.A. », by the company « WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC SPAIN S.A.U», through the acquisition of 45% of the remaining shares of its share capital and related voting rights.
