Meeting of the Permanent Commission

The Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held its meeting, via videoconference, on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss Guerraoui, President of the Competition Council.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on November 16, 2020.

Furthermore, the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council, noting the absence of impacts on competition in the relevant national markets, made decisions to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• • • • • The acquisition by the company « Azur Topco sas » of the exclusive control of the company « Elsan Holding sas »;
        • The acquisition by the company Holding Intermodal Services .s.a.s of all the shares making up the share capital of the company « Marine Maroc .sa ».
