The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive control acquisition by Mr. “Nathan Lane” of the company “Mecaplast Holding S.à.r.l.” (formerly known as Global Technologies S.à r.l.), the parent company of the “Novares” Group.
“Nathan Lane” is an American citizen who advises investors and companies with a particular focus on strategic, operational, and commercial transformation.
“Mecaplast Holding S.à r.l.” (formerly known as Global Technologies S.à r.l.) is a limited liability company, headquartered at 5, rue Guillaume Kroll, L-1882 Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B291779. The company is active in providing plastic solutions for the automotive industry.
