In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the below “operation summary” containing information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project consisting of the acquisition of exclusive control by “TD SYNNEX Corporation” of “United Radio Incorporated d/b/a BlueStar, Inc.” as well as all its subsidiaries and related activities.

“TD SYNNEX Corporation” is a Delaware corporation with its headquarters at 16202 Bay Vista Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33760, United States, registered with the Delaware Companies Register under number 3699364 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (stock symbol: SNX). It is a global distributor of a wide range of computer products and a solutions aggregator.

“United Radio Incorporated d/b/a BlueStar, Inc.” is a Kentucky corporation with its headquarters in Hebron, Kentucky, United States, registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State Companies Register under number 0315266. It is a distributor specializing in value-added technologies. Its activity focuses mainly on products and solutions used in retail, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, healthcare, field services, and physical security sectors.
