The guidelines on the transaction procedure provided for in Article 37 of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition as amended and supplemented aim to provide companies and organizations wishing to benefit from the transaction procedure with a clear and transparent framework explaining the purposes, conditions, modalities, and the procedure for its implementation.

These guidelines constitute the reference framework on which the Competition Council relies for the processing of requests received, in accordance with Article 37 of Law No. 104-12 as amended and supplemented.
