The Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held its meeting, by videoconference, on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss Guerraoui, President of the Competition Council.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on November 10, 2020.
Furthermore, the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council, taking into consideration the absence of impacts on competition in the relevant national markets, made decisions to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

- The acquisition by the company “OCP s.a” of the exclusive direct control of the company “Dupont OCP Operations Consulting s.a”;
- The creation of a joint venture called “Wolong Electric Group Co, Ltd” by the companies “ZF China Investment Co, Ltd” and “Wolong Electric Group Co, Ltd”;
- The increase in the participation of the company “Mitsui and Co Europe Pc” in the capital and voting rights of the company “Zalar Holding s.a” and the joint control acquisition of the company with its reference shareholders;
- And the exclusive indirect control of the “Prysmian” group by the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the company “EHT Global Inc”.

On the other hand, the permanent commission, considering that the referral requests submitted for review by the Competition Council do not fall within its area of competence, declared the following three referrals inadmissible:

- The requests for authorization for the opening and expansion of the private school “Eleanor Roosevelt” in the city of Dakhla;
- The referral from the company “Atelier Teuli” concerning the tender for horizontal and vertical signaling works in the province of Al Hoceima;
- And the referral from the company “Promaf” concerning two tenders launched by the National Airports Office.
