Meeting of the Permanent Commission

The Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held its meeting, via videoconference, on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 9:30 am, under the Presidency of Mr. Driss Guerraoui, President of the Council.

Taking note of the additional report supplements presented during the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held on February 11, 2021, the Permanent Commission decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the indirect exclusive control of the company « Chedid Capital sal (Holding) » through the acquisition of 80% of the shares of the capital and the related voting rights of the company « Ascoma Assureurs Conseils ».
