- The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the indirect joint control acquisition of Recordati Industria Chimica e Farmaceutica S.p.A by Respighi Bidco S.p.A and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA.
- Respighi Bidco S.p.A is an Italian joint-stock company, headquartered at Via del Vecchio Politecnico, 9 – 20121 Milan, Italy, and registered under number 14717940960. Respighi Bidco S.p.A is a newly established investment company, indirectly controlled by funds or vehicles advised and/or managed by subsidiaries of CVC Capital Partners plc. Respighi Bidco S.p.A does not carry out any activities in Morocco.
