In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Imprimerie Nationale SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Idemia Identity & Security France SAS”, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and related voting rights.

“Imprimerie Nationale SA”, the parent company of IN Groupe, is a French company wholly owned and controlled by the French State, registered since 1990. It is active in the sector of physical identity services and secure digital services.

“Idemia Identity & Security France SAS” is a French simplified joint-stock company, registered since 2007. It is owned by the Idemia group, active in the provision of secure identity services.
