NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of a project for an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company ‘Moroccan Therapeutic Company SA’ of the pharmaceutical assets related to the brand and products of CIALIS from ‘Eli Lilly and Company’.

‘Moroccan Therapeutic Company SA’ is a Moroccan joint stock company, with its registered office at Quartier Industriel Bouskoura – Bouskoura 27182, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 35631. It specializes in the manufacture and commercialization of medicines.

‘Eli Lilly and Company’ is a company registered in the State of Indiana, with its headquarters at Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States 46285. It is active in the research, development, manufacture, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
