NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by «SANAM AGRO SA» of twenty-five percent (25%) of the share capital of «ARADE ECO AGRI SARL» through a capital increase.
«SANAM AGRO SA» is a public limited company registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 28515 dedicated to the agri-food sector;
«ARADE ECO AGRI SARL» is a limited liability company registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 537215, whose corporate purpose is agriculture, investment, and the development of agricultural projects.
