NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has been notified of an economic concentration operation by the company “Compagnie du Transport au Maroc SA” and the company “Transdev Maroc Holding SA” which consists of the latter acquiring 49% of the share capital of the company “Issal Madina SA” and the associated voting rights.
“Compagnie du Transport au Maroc SA” is active in passenger transport, personnel transport, tourist transport, international transport, and messaging.
“Transdev Maroc Holding SA” is active in mobility and multimodal transport.
