In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the below “operation summary” containing information provided by the parties.

“Shift4 Payments Inc” is a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), established under U.S. law, headquartered at c/o Corporate, Service Company, 251 Little Falls Drive, 19808 Wilmington, USA, registered with the Delaware Division of Corporations under number 7688391. It specializes in providing payment solutions to merchants.

“Global Blue Group Holding AG” is a Swiss public limited company, headquartered at Zürichstrasse 38, 8306 Brüttisellen, Switzerland, registered with the Zurich Commercial Register under number CH-020.3.048.149-1. It operates in Morocco through its subsidiary “Global Blue Maroc SA,” a Moroccan public limited company, headquartered at Résidence Alia, 3rd floor, 123, rue Daoud Eddahiri angle Boulevard El Massira El Khadra, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Commercial Register under number 157681. It specializes in providing outsourced VAT refund services to retailers.
