In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, July 05, 2023 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Jihane BENYOUSSEF, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
This Section made decisions to authorize the following three economic concentration operations:

- Acquisition of exclusive control by the company “PN VII SARL” of the company “INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION GROUP SA” through the acquisition of 70% of its share capital and associated voting rights;
- Acquisition of exclusive control of the company RICO GROUP GMBH by the company SEMPERIT AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT Holding, through the acquisition of all of its share capital and associated voting rights;
- Indirect exclusive control acquisition of “Scopely, Inc.” by “Saudi Electronic Gaming Company”, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.
