Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Friday, June 19, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition by the company « SAS Shipping Agencies Services SARL », a subsidiary of the MSC Group, of the exclusive control of the company « CENTRE IMEX SAS » and its subsidiaries.
• Acquisition by the company « Eco Wind SA », a subsidiary of the « YNNA Holding SA » group, of joint control of the company « Tarouma Wind 1 SA », through the acquisition of 50% of its share capital and voting rights, alongside the company « Amea Energy Investments 20 DMCC »;
• Acquisition by the company « Trimco Group (UK) Limited » of the exclusive control of the company « Nilörngruppen Ab » and its subsidiaries.
