Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Monday, December 15, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz TALBI, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s instruction services.

This Section has decided to authorize the following three economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive control by the company ‘OESL International LLC’ of the ‘Original Equipment Solutions (OESL)’ activity from the company ‘Continental AG’, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the OESL group companies and the related voting rights;
• The exclusive control of the company ‘Touton SA’ by the company ‘Hartree Partners Holdings, LP’;
• The exclusive control by the company ‘Keurig Dr Pepper Inc’ of the company ‘JDE Peet’s N.V’.
