Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, January 08, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, January 08, 2025 at 11:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimae Abbou, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The section decided to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « The Capital Global Services Fintech SL » of the company « SJL Maghreb SA » and its direct and indirect subsidiaries;
• Joint control acquisition of the company « En Vision Arabia for Industry » by the company « Renewable Energy Localization Company » alongside the company « Envision Energy Technology Pte Ltd »;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « Stora Enso Oyj » of the company « Junnikkala Oy ».
