Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 9:15 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive acquisition of “NCR Atleos Corporation” by “The Brink’s Company”;
• Joint acquisition of “Elec Trimaroc SA” by the fund “Capital Croissance SA”, managed by “BMCE Capital Investments SA”, alongside the historical shareholder, “STE TANMIA HOLDING SARL”;
• Exclusive acquisition by “Parker-Hannifin Corporation” of “Cube Parent, Inc.”;
• Exclusive acquisition of “Agenium Group S.A.S” by “GDI Simulation S.A.S”.

In addition, it decided to declare as non-notifiable the operation consisting of the joint acquisition by the companies “Socorfi-Groupe Galvanoplast, SARL” and “SATEC, SAS” of the company “EFOA, SARL”.
