In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on December 30, 2021.
The Permanent Commission then made two decisions concerning two economic concentration operations:

- Authorization of the economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the company “Kosmo Pharm SA” by the company “Dislog Industries SA”;
- Finding that the economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by Daimler Truck Holding AG of companies and assets held by Daimler AG does not fall within the scope defined by Article 11 of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition.
