In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on April 12, 2021.
The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the economic concentration operations related to the acquisition by Hasofa Holding of 45% of the capital and voting rights of H&S Invest Holding held by SPE Capital (GP) Limited through its two subsidiary companies Alfa Lux and Aif Drop.
Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Law 104-12 on price freedom and competition, the Permanent Commission declared inadmissible the following two submissions:

- Submission from Altatrav Sarl concerning the organization of the tender launched by Rabat Région Aménagement;
- Submission from Tout Propreté Sarl AU concerning the organization of the tender launched by the municipality of Sidi Bouknadel.
