NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of a concentration operation consisting of the acquisition, through an asset purchase agreement, by “Atnahs Pharma UK Limited” from “Sanofi S.A”, of a portfolio of pharmaceutical products and related assets that will allow “Atnahs Pharma UK Limited” to distribute, market, and sell certain pharmaceutical products.
“Sanofi S.A” is a French public limited company and “Atnahs Pharma UK Limited” is a private limited company under English law. Both parties are active in the marketing of pharmaceutical products in Morocco.
