The Competition Council and the Insurance and Social Welfare Control Authority sign a cooperation agreement

The Competition Council and the Insurance and Social Welfare Control Authority (ACAPS) signed a cooperation agreement on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the headquarters of the Competition Council in Rabat.

This agreement is part of the willingness of both parties to create a cooperation dynamic, based on a formalized basis ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of their joint actions, for good governance, in accordance with the legal framework governing the two bodies.
