Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Tuesday, October 14, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil BOUKBIR, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

This Section has decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Indirect joint control acquisition by “K2025283312 (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (OMPE SPV)” and “Mangro Holdings Proprietary Limited” of “Honoris Holding Limited”;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Datheos BidCo S.A.S.” of “TopSky S.A.S.”;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Dislog Dispositifs Médicaux S.A.” of “SCOMEDICA S.A.R.L.A.U.”;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Building Logistics Services S.A.” of “Transload S.A.R.L.”, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.
