Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil BOUKBIR, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition by the company “CIRCOR France SAS” of the exclusive control of the company “Société de Prestations Mécaniques et Aéronautiques SAS”;
• Acquisition by the company “Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company” of the exclusive control of the company “Olam Agri Holdings Limited”;
• Acquisition by the company “Ardian France SA” of the exclusive control of the company
  “MG Holding SA”.
