The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company ‘Africa Feed and Food SA’ of the exclusive control of the companies ‘Raviculture SARL’, ‘Œufs Riad SARL’, and ‘Dawajine Oulad Said SARLAU’.

‘Africa Feed and Food SA’ is a Moroccan joint-stock company, registered under number 563869 in the Casablanca Trade Register, with its head office located at Casa Business Towers, 20^th floor, Tour Anfa Park, Offices CBT-C-201 and CBT-C-202, Casablanca. It is an integrated player in the grains and cereals value chain.

‘Raviculture SARL’ is a Moroccan limited liability company, with its head office in Temara-Skhirat, Km 2, Route Ribaa, Douar Ben Abid, BP 158, Sidi Yahya Zaers Morocco, and registered in the Rabat Trade Register under number 29443. Its purpose is egg production and marketing as well as the production of ready-to-lay pullets.

‘Œufs Riad SARL’ is a Moroccan limited liability company, with its head office in Temara-Skhirat, Km 2, Route Ribaa, Douar Ben Abid, BP 156, Sidi Yahya Zaers Morocco, and registered in the Rabat Trade Register under number 56363. Its purpose is egg production and marketing.

‘Dawajine Oulad Said SARLAU’ is a Moroccan single-member limited liability company, with its head office in Temara-Skhirat, Km 2, Route Ribaa, Douar Ben Abid, BP 155, Sidi Yahya Zaers Morocco, and registered in the Rabat Trade Register under number 126313. Its purpose is egg production and marketing.
