The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration transaction concerning the exclusive takeover by the company ‘Cicor Technologies Ltd’ and/or one or more of its direct or indirect subsidiaries of a set of assets, rights, and contracts of the company ‘Eolane France SAS’, and two of its subsidiaries ‘Eolane Angers SAS’ and ‘Eolane Combrée SAS’ as well as the entire share capital and voting rights of the following subsidiaries: ‘Eolane Neuilly-en-Thelle SAS’, ‘Eolane Saint Agrève SAS’, ‘Eolane Douarnenez SAS’, and ‘Eolane Maroc SARLAU’.
‘Cicor Technologies Ltd’ is a Swiss corporation, headquartered at 8, route de l’Europe, Boudry, Switzerland, and registered with the Commercial Register of the Canton of Neuchâtel under number (IDE) CHE-103.362.109. It is a global provider of electronic solutions, ranging from design (research and development) to manufacturing of the finished product and supply chain management.
‘Eolane France SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, headquartered at 8, boulevard Charles Detriche, 49100 Angers, and registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Angers under number 908 774 755. It is active in Morocco through its subsidiary ‘Eolane Maroc SARLAU’, a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, headquartered at Lot 11, Zone Industrielle, Route de Marrakech, 26100 Berrechid, Morocco, and registered with the Trade Register of Berrechid under number 2315.
‘Eolane Neuilly-en-Thelle SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, headquartered at Zone Industrielle 2, 3 Avenue de l’Europe, 60530 Neuilly-en Thèle, France, and registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Compiègne under number 401 910 617.
‘Eolane Saint Agrève SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, headquartered at ZA de Rascles, 07320 Saint-Agrève, France, and registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Aubenas under number 384 979 555.
‘Eolane Douarnenez SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, headquartered at 40 route de Lannugat, 29100 Douarnenez, France, and registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Quimper under number 751 222 100.
