Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, May 12, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on May 8, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to declare the concentration operation involving the acquisition by the company ‘Sergic International SAS’ of the exclusive control of the company ‘Biben Holdings B.V.’ through the acquisition of an additional 31% of its share capital and associated voting rights as non-notifiable.
