In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the ‘operation summary’ below, containing the information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the joint takeover by the company ‘Febo International S.r.l’ and by Mrs. Zaina DBAH of the company ‘F Negoce SARLAU’ alongside its historical partner Mr. Mohamed FAOUZI.

‘Febo International S.r.l’ is an Italian limited liability company with its registered office at Via Statale Lucchese 193, 51034 Serravalle Pistoiese (PT), Italy, registered under tax code and VAT number 02004690471. It is a subsidiary of the company ‘Febo S.p.A’ which specializes in the distribution of thermoplastic resins and petrochemical products. ‘Mrs. Zaina DBAH’ is a natural person residing in Casablanca.

‘F Negoce SARLAU’ is a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, with its registered office at Zone Industrielle lotissement Mauritanie N°19, Ain Sebaâ, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 363233. It specializes in the distribution of plastic materials.
