Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil BOUKBIR, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section then decided to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Beretta Holding SA” of the company “Humbert CTTS SAS”;
• Acquisition by the company “Q Logistics Holding LLC” of the exclusive control of the company “Aramex PJSC”;
• Establishment of a joint venture by the companies “Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft” and “Rivian Automotive Inc.”;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Rethmann France S.A.S” of the company “Transdev Group SA”.
