Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council section – held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024

In accordance with Article 38 of the Competition Council’s internal regulations, the Council’s Section held a meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10 a.m., chaired by Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the two cases submitted by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive takeover of the company « Megaflex SARLAU » by the company « Dislog Group SA »;
• Joint takeover by the company « Wendel S.E », through its subsidiaries « Expansion 17 S.C.A, FIAR » and « Global Performance 17 S.C.A, FIAR », of the company « PN VII Topco S.à r.l », by acquiring 50% of the share capital and associated voting rights.
