NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE TRANSACTION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration transaction concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “Megaflex SARLAU” by the company “Dislog Group SA” through the acquisition of a 75% stake up to 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.
“Dislog Group” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, mainly active in the distribution of consumer products and in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
“Megaflex SARLAU” is a Moroccan single-member limited liability company, active in the supply of medical devices and services for medical analysis laboratories.
