Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 10:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz TALBI, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section decided to authorize the economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company RGMA SKIN SERVICES, S.L by the company LVMH METIERS D’ART SAS”, through the acquisition of an additional 60% of its capital and voting rights.
