Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council’s Section held a meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 09:00, under the chairmanship of Mr. TALBI Abdelaziz, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section decided to authorize three economic concentration operations related to:

• The acquisition of exclusive control of the company “Saras S.p.A.” by the company “Vitol B.V.”;
• The joint acquisition of the company “Cardio Plus SARL” by Mr. Abdallah Badaa and Mr. Soufiane Badaa, through the acquisition of 49% of the share capital and voting rights, as individuals;
• The acquisition by the company “CDG Invest SA” of joint control of the company “The Game Changer Company SARL”, through the acquisition of 13.59% of its share capital and voting rights.
