Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023

In accordance with Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 9:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan ABOUABDELMAJID, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition by the company « BP Aero Buyer, LLC » of the exclusive control of the companies « BP Aerospace LLC », « BP Aero Services LLC », « BP Aero Tooling LLC », « BP Aero Corp ». and « BP Aero Engine Services LLC » (« BP Aero ») through the acquisition of 100% of the capital and voting rights;
• Indirect joint control of the company « Idesamgar S.L. » by the company « Engie S.A. » and the company « General Electric Company ».
