A notification has been submitted to the Competition Council regarding an economic concentration project involving the acquisition by the company “ONCORAD SA” of 100% of the capital of the real estate company “IMMO MED RYAD” and related voting rights.
“ONCORAD SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, headquartered in Casablanca, Lot Salaj Ain Diab Lot No. 03, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 92755. It operates 5 active clinics primarily in the field of cancer prevention and treatment. Its clinics also engage in Obstetrics-Gynecology-Medicine. It also operates a radiology center.
“IMMO MED RYAD” is a Moroccan limited liability company, with its registered office at Imm Mathis 571 Souissi Bloc 2 avenue Mohamed VI Rabat, registered with the Rabat Trade Register under number 94585.
