PARTIES
The Competition Council has received a notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by EP Equity Investment s.à r.l. (“EPEI”), a Luxembourg limited liability company, of the exclusive control of Atos Holding France 1 (“Atos TF Business”), a French simplified joint-stock company. EPEI is an investment company focusing on investments in European companies and businesses with potential. Atos TF Business is a subsidiary of Atos SE and is intended to hold the lines of business covering cutting-edge infrastructure and data center services, private and hybrid cloud services, data management, smart networks, digital workplace and collaboration, as well as related professional services. Atos TF Business operates worldwide, particularly in the European Union, Europe (notably the United Kingdom), North and South America, the Middle East, Africa (North and sub-Saharan), and Asia (notably China and Japan).
