Signing of a cooperation agreement with the Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration (ADII)

The Competition Council signed a cooperation agreement with the Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration (ADII) in February 2022. This agreement highlights the willingness of both institutions to create synergy, based on a formal framework ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of their joint actions, for good governance, in accordance with the regulatory framework of both bodies. It mainly focuses on the exchange of information, data, and documents, as well as the organization of awareness-raising activities and exchange of expertise.
