Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the companies « Socorfi-Groupe Galvanoplast, SARL» and «SATEC, SAS » of joint control of the company « EFOA, SARL»

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the « summary of the operation » below, containing the information provided by the parties.

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project consisting of the joint takeover of the company « EFOA, SARL» by the companies « Socorfi-Groupe Galvanoplast, SARL» and «SATEC, SAS ». This operation is carried out through each of the two companies acquiring 50% of the share capital and voting rights of the company « EFOA, SARL ».

« Socorfi-Groupe Galvanoplast, SARL » is a limited liability company with a capital of 453,392 euros, headquartered at VOIE D’ARPENANS, 70200 LES AYNANS, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Vesoul under number 676 050 032. « Socorfi-Groupe Galvanoplast, SARL» is an industrial group specialized in surface treatment. It has been present in Morocco since 2017 through the company « Electroplast », specialized in Cataphoresis and zinc-nickel for the automotive industry.

« SATEC, SAS » is a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 152,000 euros, headquartered at Zone Industrielle de Buchelay, 9 Rue des Closeaux, 78200 Buchelay, and registered with the RCS Versailles under number 599 801 495. It is a French specialist in aerospace surface treatment.

« EFOA, SARL » is a limited liability company under Moroccan law, with a capital of 2,500,000 dirhams, located in the Zone Industrielle EL BOUZANINE, route principale N°9 Km21 Nouaceur, and registered under fiscal identifier No. 06101533. It specializes in aerospace surface treatment.
