The Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held its meeting, via videoconference, on Monday, October 26, 2020 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss Guerraoui, President of the Competition Council.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on October 19, 2020.
Furthermore, noting the absence of competition impacts in the national market, the Permanent Commission made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

- The acquisition by Alstom S.A of the exclusive control of Bombardier Transportation UK Ltd;
- The exclusive control by Diaverum Holding France SAS of the Agadir Hemodialysis Center SARL;
- The exclusive control by the Delfingen group of the shares of Schelemmer Maroc SARL;
- The indirect exclusive control by Pal Partners SARL of Amplitude Surgical SA.

The Permanent Commission, on the other hand, decided to override the notification file of the economic concentration operation related to the exclusive control by Carlisle Companies Incorporated of the shares and voting rights of the Company Draka Fileca SAS, as well as the related measures, including the in-depth examination.
At the end of the Permanent Commission’s work, the President of the Council informed the members that, at the invitation of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), he presented, via videoconference, a communication on the theme of “competitive neutrality” at the International Conference held in Geneva from October 19 to 23, 2020.
His speech was an opportunity to present the Moroccan experience, in light of the Speech of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him, addressed to the representatives of the Nation on October 9, 2020, on the occasion of the opening of the first session of the Parliament for the 2020-2021 legislative year.
