In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 9:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on September 13, 2021.
The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

- The indirect exclusive control acquisition by the company SUN CAPITAL PARTNERS INC through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the company SLG INVEST NV;
- Economic concentration project concerning the creation of a joint venture SAMI Figeac Aero Manufacturing LLC by Saudi Arabian Military Industries Company «SAMI», Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company « Dussur» and Figeac Aero S.A. «FGA»;
- Economic concentration project consisting in the indirect joint control acquisition of Groupe Saint Bernard by Groupe Burrus and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board;

Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Law 104-12 on price freedom and competition, the Permanent Commission declared inadmissible the submission from the company SAKITRA SARL concerning the tender for the external development works of the local hospital in Imintanoute launched by the National Agency for Public Equipment-Central-West Regional Directorate and tender No. 19/2020, for the “Execution of aerial shots by digital camera at a resolution of 30cm and production of orthophotos at 1/10000 in the provinces of Fkih Ben Saleh, Meknès, Jerrada and El Hajeb launched by the Ministry of National Spatial Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy.
